In this workshop, Brian will guide you through the foundational principles of Thai Massage, focusing on the concept of meridians and energy lines (known as Shen in Chinese medicine). You’ll explore practical techniques including assisted stretches, targeted acupressure points, and the effective use of body weight. Expect to work with your thumbs, palms, elbows, and even feet — learning how to offer healing through mindful touch and movement.
Whether you’re new to Thai Massage or looking to deepen your practice, this workshop promises a hands-on, heart-centered experience.
