7 Yoga Mornings to Center
A Weeklong Morning Yoga Program for External Guests – 4-10 May
Start your day with intention. 7 Mornings to Center is a weeklong journey designed to help you deepen your yoga practice, reconnect with yourself, and feel more grounded — physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Each morning begins with a guided meditation and breathwork (pranayama), followed by a dynamic Hatha yoga practice that awakens the body and focuses the mind. This is more than just a class — it’s a structured program where each day builds upon the last, creating space for real growth and transformation.
You’ll be practicing in a small group, which means no getting lost in the crowd — you’ll be seen, supported, and encouraged throughout the week. It’s not your typical drop-in experience. Here, your journey matters.
After class, you’ll be treated to a revitalizing jamu shot and have complimentary access to ice bath.
Whether you’re looking to re-center, to deepen your practice, or to give yourself the gift of mindful mornings, 7 Mornings to Center is your space to reset.

Meet Dani, the program lead yoga teacher
Born in Copenhagen to a Swedish / Danish mother and a Dutch father, I adjusted into an international family quickly. Moving to countries all around the world and finally to Kerala, India, gave me plenty life experience at an early age.
India is where, truthfully, my yogic journey- Sadhana- began. Leading up to that was just exercise. I had not been introduced to anything different and this is where and what I wish to share – what Yoga can be – a healing practice.
I teach traditional Hatha in the form of Body Opening. Each class we will pick one area of the body to focus on. By the end of the week we will have covered a full body opening. Although we will work on a physical level, what this will do is trigger your energetic body to release stored/stuck energy and help move it out of the body. Relieving you from pain, tension, discomfort or blockages. I focus on alignment to help protect your body and moving to the breath. Together we will allow you to go deep into a dynamic meditation through movement of the body and have some fun along the way!
Can’t wait to share with you on the mat.
Meet Bryan
Expect dynamic sequences, intentional movement, and a steady rhythm that will leave you feeling energized, balanced, and connected. Bryan’s teaching is both strong and soulful—combining precise alignment with breath-led flow, and always delivered with calm confidence.
Whether you’re looking to build strength, refine your practice, or simply move with purpose, Bryan’s classes offer the perfect balance of power and presence.
Location: Xanadu Retreat
A Space to Breathe, Move, and Just Be
Tucked away in the hills just seven minutes from Kuta’s center, Xanadu Retreat is a peaceful sanctuary overlooking the Indian Ocean. The short ride up the slightly bumpy road is worth every second—as you arrive to a place where time slows down and nature holds you.
Our yoga shala is spacious, open, and bathed in natural light. Surrounded by tropical greens and ocean views, it’s a beautiful setting for a deep, intimate practice.
We also have a dedicated meditation space tucked into the retreat grounds—quiet, simple, and serene. It’s the perfect place to sit, breathe, and listen as nature wakes up around you.
Xanadu Retreat is more than just a place to practice—it’s a place to feel, to rest, and to return to yourself.
