Surf Instructor / Mobility freak (Full-Time, Indonesia)
We are looking for a highly skilled surf instructor to join our team at Xanadu Retreat in Lombok.

What we’re looking for:
- Experienced surf instructor capable of coaching intermediate to advanced surfers
- Strong understanding of technique, progression, and performance surfing
- Background in mobility, body awareness, and movement training
- Ability to lead workshops focused on mobility, surf-specific movement, and injury prevention
- Professional, motivated, and team-oriented mindset
